Germantown, MD Floor Refinishing & LVP Installation
A recent project in the Ambassador Lane neighborhood of Germantown, Maryland: we sanded and refinished the hardwood floors with a gloss finish, and installed new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) in the basement.

The Hardwood: Sanded, Refinished and Finished in Gloss
The red oak floors on the main level were sanded back to bare wood and refinished with a gloss finish. Gloss brings out the depth of the grain and gives the room a bright, polished look that reflects the light from the windows.

The Basement: New LVP Flooring
Downstairs, we installed light oak-look luxury vinyl plank. It is a durable, water-resistant choice for a basement that now doubles as a home gym, and it runs cleanly from the stairs to the walkout doors.
We have installed LVP since it was first introduced to the market, and it shows in the tight seams and clean edges along the walls and stairs.
